Sarah is a hardworking mother doing her best to make ends meet.  Recently Sarah was transporting a client at work, but unfortunately her clients fell out of the van… on top of Sarah.

The fall left Sarah with two partially torn rotators, leaving her unable to do even the most basic tasks without extreme debilitating pain. She is unable to turn her arm up or down, or even extend it straight out. Even a 45-degree angle takes far too much effort.

To make matters worse poor Sarah’s Suburban has encountered either a computer, or wiring harness issue. Seeing as her other vehicle needs a new $7700 motor, after only purchasing the vehicle a year ago, Sarah is left in a total bind. Sarah needs a vehicle desperately as she must transport her children back and forth to Doernbecher Children’s Hospital for routine care.

The ramp leading into Sarah’s home is also in a rather unfortunate state. The ramp was built for Sarah’s father, who’s spine imploded many years back, leaving him unable to move around freely, and certainly not work. With her father being out of work, this forced her mother out of retirement in order to make ends meet.

Even though Sarah moved in to take care of her mother and father, even with a combined effort times are quite rough for the family. Sarah being out of work, makes things incredibly difficult to make ends meet. They are behind on many of their utility bills. Despite juggling paycheck to paycheck, the family is doing their absolute best to make it through.

Well I’m happy to report that Rogue Credit Union and Brooke Communication’s Wish Upon A Star Program is here to help ease the burden.

Thanks to Bobby Geyer construction, the dilapidated ramp is going to be fully repaired and with the help of Rent a Center, Sarah’s washer and dryer will be fully paid off. This should hopefully help ease a bit of the financial stress plaguing Sarah, and provide the family with some peace of mind.

Roseburg Towing will be transporting Sarah’s suburban to Midas, where the amazing folks of Midas are going to do what they can to get her back on the road.

Thanks to Redbarn Dispensary Sarah will be receiving a gift card to Sherm’s Thunderbird to help restock the cabinets for the winter.

Thanks to Singleton Ranch Sarah will also get a meat package to stock up the freezer.

Wish Upon A Star will also be providing Sarah with gift cards to both Walmart and Dollar General, for any other necessities she may need.

Sarah we are looking forward to a full recovery and we wish you a Merry Christmas!
